Perfidia is one of the classics of lounge core

Hawkwind - Kerb Crawler has some good bongo action as do another couple on that album.

Pretty much anything on Moonflower by Santana. That has the kitchen sink thrown at it percussion wise (and the guitar playing is astonishing)
